Recently I've been seeing some guy named OTTO

All I know right now is exactly what is stated in the sentence they say whenever they join a match, I wrote this down because I thought it was weird.

"Hello, i am OTTO: a skribblio player who OTTOgenerates pictures! OTTO stops when: "OTTOfalse"" I've told it "OTTOfalse" once and they left the game. I've only seen them a few times in the last 2 weeks.
